Sweet Dreams Compound
£20.00 200ml

A soothing, aromatic blend of herbs traditionally used to support a restful night’s sleep. This blend can be used occasionally or regularly to help establish a sleep pattern.
Sweet Dreams came from the understanding over many years of working with occasional and entrenched sleep issues, that anxiety, sleep and digestive upset are often deeply entwined. Emotional upset or a racing mind may stop you getting to sleep, but this itself may also cause digestive upset and make it more likely you will wake in the night. Although everyone is different and sleep issues are multifaceted, this blend is formulated with a whole person approach, using herbs traditionally used to calm nerves, ease physical tension and soothe digestion for a natural restful night’s sleep. Since this is a blend of concentrate extracts you only need 1-2 tsp per dose so you don't need to worry about drinking too much liquid before bed.
Unlike prescription alternatives, this blend should not make you groggy in the morning or be addictive, although some people are particularly sensitive to certain herbs so if in doubt, just call us and we can make you a bespoke alternative. For more information about the herbs we have selected for this blend, have a look at the links in the ingredients tab above.
Maximum adult dose: Take one 5ml teaspoonful after the last meal of the day & two 5ml teaspoons at bedtime.
Not suitable for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women, please ask for an alternative.
Avoid if sensitive to Valerian or if using any other sedatives.
