Daily adult dose: 3 - 10ml unless otherwise prescribed.
Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with high blood pressure, sleep apnoea, narcolepsy, mental illness, heart disease, a compromised immune system. Individuals taking digoxin or hexobarbital may suffer adverse reactions; seek advice before taking. Avoid during acute infections without professional advice.

Habitat: Siberian Ginseng is a deciduous woody shrub native to forests of East Asia, China, Japan and Russia.
