Tincture of meadowsweet leaves and flowers (Filipendula ulmaria) 1:3 25%
Filipendula ulmaria, organic grain alcohol
Daily adult dose: 1 - 4ml up to three times a day unless otherwise prescribed.
Avoid during breastfeeding and pregnancy, unless under professional supervision. Should be avoided by people hypersensitive to salicylates. Avoid with constipation, iron deficiency anaemia and malnutrition.

Habitat: Native to Europe and Northern Asia, growing in damp meadows, swamps and ditches.
