Daily adult dose: 5 drops - 0.5ml in water up to three times a day unless otherwise prescribed.

Constituents: Volatile oil; gingerols, shagols and diarylheptanoids (curcumin is a well known diarylheptanoid), oleoresins.
Actions: Anti-nausea, antioxidant, circulatory stimulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, warming bitter, aids absorbtion of nutrients and other medcines.
